Terms of Service

By installing or using Hisaab Kitab, you agree to these terms with AQSA Cloud DI Khan. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service description

Hisaab Kitab provides offline-first retail POS, inventory, customer/supplier ledgers, basic accounting, optional cloud sync, and a web business portal. Features may vary by subscription tier.

2. Accounts and access

• You are responsible for accurate registration information and keeping credentials confidential.
• Local PINs are for staff convenience on shared devices; choose non-obvious PINs and manage user roles appropriately.
• We may suspend or limit access for non-payment, abuse, or security reasons.

3. Your data

You retain ownership of business data you enter. You grant us permission to host and process that data solely to operate sync, backups, support, and related features you enable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with servers, or use the service for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for compliance with tax and trade laws applicable to your business.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans, trials, and renewals are described in the app and portal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated. Feature availability may change with reasonable notice.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is”. Accounting figures, reports, and stock valuations depend on data you enter. Verify critical financial decisions independently. We do not provide legal, tax, or audit advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Backups

You are responsible for maintaining backups of important data. Cloud sync is not a substitute for your own backup strategy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
